2. Supplier Responsibilities

• Suppliers must fulfill orders accurately and promptly.
• Notify Mantu Eats of any menu changes or discontinued items immediately.
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards as per local regulations.
• Late deliveries without valid reasons may impact supplier status.

3. Payments

Payments for completed orders will be processed and transferred within 7 to 10 business days.

Disputes must be reported in writing within 14 days. Payments may be withheld if fraud or breach of terms is detected.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate delivery details and be available to receive orders. Abuse or fraudulent activity will result in account suspension.

5. Liability

Mantu Eats acts as an intermediary. Suppliers are responsible for product quality, safety, and delivery. Mantu Eats is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Please note: Mantu Eats is a platform that facilitates connections between customers and local food suppliers. We do not prepare, cook, or deliver any of the food listed on our platform. All responsibility for food preparation and safety lies with the individual food businesses featured on our site.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

8. Termination of Use
